Effectively, along a considerable amount of the route, there is sensitive research equipment that, together with the university hospital's X-ray departments, forced the construction of the overhead contact line to take special regards to EMF (Electric and Magnetic Fields) to minimize the risk of affecting those facilities. This system, second in the world, consisted of the assembly of section insulators on every console in order to interrupt the electrical continuity of the contact wire in between consecutive cantilevers. |Stefconfer Trackwork Ontario||The 18-kilometre Hurontario Light Rail Transit will bring a new, environmentally friendly, and reliable method of transportation to a rapidly growing region.
